All orders are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, from time to time, a discrepancy may occur, and we might not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase.
If this happens, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to confirm whether you prefer to wait for the backordered product or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase and represents the final shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns due to a change of mind, provided that a return request is received within 14 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must arrange and pay for the return shipment.
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as preferred.
The value of the goods will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services. Courier delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it upon delivery if possible, and contact our support immediately.

If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned at your expense. You will be refunded for the value of the goods minus the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Insurance
Shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
8.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.
8.2 Parcels Lost in Transit
Refunds or replacements will be issued after the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
