Overview

The Miami Royal Loyalty Program (the “Program”) operated through MiamiSnus allows registered customers to earn and redeem points through purchases and other activities. Points may be exchanged for discounts on future orders.
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Collecting Points

You can earn points in several ways:

  • Creating an Account: Earn 70 points when you create a new MiamiSnus account.

  • Newsletter Subscription: Subscribe to our newsletter to receive 80 points.

  • Purchases: Earn 10 points for every €1 spent on eligible products.

  • Birthday Reward: Receive 50 points on your birthday.

  • Surveys: Earn 30 points for each completed survey.

  • Referrals: Earn 200 points for every friend who completes a purchase using your referral link.

Points will be automatically credited to your MiamiSnus account once the qualifying action has been verified.

2. Redeeming Points

  • Validity: Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned. Unused points automatically expire after this period.

  • Usage: Points may be applied to cover up to 70% of the total value of a purchase.

  • Minimum Spend: Some redemptions may require a minimum order value, as specified on the MiamiSnus website.

  • Exclusions: Points cannot be used on shipping fees, gift cards, or other excluded products, unless explicitly stated.

3. General Terms

  • Account Management:
    All points are tracked through your MiamiSnus account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information, including your contact details, remains accurate and up to date.

  • Non-Transferable:
    Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. They can only be redeemed for purchases made directly through the MiamiSnus website.

  • Program Modifications:
    MiamiSnus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will always be posted on the website.

4. Additional Conditions

  • Eligibility:
    Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and older. By joining the Program, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

  • Fraud and Misuse:
    Any form of abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity (including creating multiple accounts or false referrals) will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all points.

  • Transaction Adjustments:
    If a transaction is canceled, refunded, or returned, the corresponding points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account balance.

5. Expiration and Promotional Changes

  • Point Expiration:
    Points expire 6 months from the date they were earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

  • Promotions and Bonuses:
    Promotional point offers, multipliers, and campaign rules may vary and are subject to change at any time. Stay updated by checking the MiamiSnus website or subscribing to our newsletter.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Participation in the Program requires a MiamiSnus account. Personal data collected for the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
